When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner submits that during pendency of the above writ petition, the petitioner attained the age of superannuation and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost.
