Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the 1st respondent revoked the impugned proceedings, and the pension of the petitioner was restored, and thus nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication.

Heard Sri K.L.N.Raghavender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Central Government appearing for the respondents. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication, and the same is accordingly closed.
