THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.25133 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The petitioner seeks a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the police authorities to produce her daughter, P.Roothu, pursuant to the complaint given by her in F.I.R.No.220 of 2017 on the file of Tirupati East Police Station and to release her. 2.
The Special Government Pleader appearing for the learned Advocate General, State of Andhra Pradesh, would inform this Court that the missing daughter of the petitioner was traced out and as per her statement dated 8-10-2017, she claimed to be a major and to have married one A.Deva, aged 25 years. She further stated that she and her husband were willing to live with her mother, the petitioner herein. Photographs were also produced, wherein the missing girl along with her husband and her mother are seen.

Sri L.J.Veera Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that he has no instructions from his client but when the photographs were shown to him, he identified his client therein. 4.
In the light of the aforestated facts, it is clear that the cause in this writ petition no longer survives for consideration. The writ
