THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT APPEAL NO.1393 OF 2008 O R D E R: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri B. Muralidhar, learned counsel representing Sri K. Ram Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant/writ petitioner, states that the file was returned to the client long ago along with a 'no objection' vakalath. However we find that no other counsel has entered appearance and Sri K. Ram Reddy, learned counsel, still continues to be the counsel on record for the appellant/writ petitioner.

2. Sri B. Muralidhar, learned counsel, would however submit that he has no instructions in the matter owing to the afore-stated developments.

3. The Writ Appeal is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Sri C. Butchi Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent-Organisation, states that he has no objection to the afore-stated order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed in the light of this final order.
