JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Criminal Appeal is filed against judgment, dated 29.09.2010, in S.C.No.363 of 2007, on the file of the learned II Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Mahabubnagar whereby the appellants were convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302 r/w 34 IPC and sentenced to life imprisonment and also to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/- each, in default to suffer simple imprisonment for one year each.

At the hearing, Sri Animi Reddy, learned counsel, representing Sri Achutha Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, submitted that during the pendency of this appeal, the appellants were released by the State by extending remission and that therefore, they are not

interested in pursuing this appeal.

In the light of the above submission, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
