Heard.

The petitioners are A.1 and A.5 respectively in Crl.P.No.8165, 9641 and A.7 and A.9 in Crl.P.No.9741 of 2017 of self-same crime vide Cr.No.109 of 2017. Another Bench of this Court on 18.09.2017 in Crl.P.No.8165 of 2017 so far as the A.1 is concerned, granted interim stay for 4 weeks by ordering notice to the 1st respondent and poof of sending notice is filed in USR No.6083 of 2017. In fact, this Court in Crl.P.No.9411 and 9487 of 2017 in relation to A.11 and A.10 respectively of the self-same crime passed interim stay of arrest of the petitioners (A.11 and A.10) but investigation shall go on by considering the facts after hearing from the merits. Having regard to the above, the interim order of stay dated 18.09.2017 granted as prayed for is modified as confining to the stay of arrest only of the respective petitioners/ A.1,A.5,A.7 and A.9 herein but investigation shall go on. It is made clear that this will not prevent the police to secure their presence for the purpose of investigation if necessary.

Accordingly, these Criminal Petitions are disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Criminal Petitions, shall stand closed.
