The 2nd respondent in O.P.No.820 of 2005 on the file of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-Additional District Judge, Karimnagar, preferred the instant appeal aggrieved by the order and decree, dated 15.11.2006, passed in the said O.P. 2.

During pendency of the appeal, the matter was referred to Lok Adalat, at request of both parties. The Lok Adalat has passed an Award, dated 08.07.2017.

In terms of the Award, dated 08.07.2017, passed by the Lok Adalat, the instant appeal is disposed of.
