Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he applied for Muthawalli of Sawath Khan Masjid to the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent has not taken any action thereon. 3.

Sri Arifullah, learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare, states that the 2nd respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner, dt. 07.12.2013, as Muthawalli of the said Masjid and communicate its decision to the petitioner within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
