HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1438 OF 2017 ORDER:

Though the matter is called in the morning and afternoon, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the name of petitioner was restored in the revenue records and the order dated 01.03.2017 in W.P.M.P.No.8553 of 2017 in W.P.No.6957 of 2017 has been complied with. No reply affidavit is filed by the petitioner disputing the same. In view of the same, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
