THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY SECOND APPEAL No.27 OF 1995 JUDGMENT:

When the Second Appeal was called on 06.06.2016, there was no representation for both sides. Even on 21.07.2016, there was no representation on either side. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Today, though the matter appears under the said caption, when the matter is called before lunch and again at 2:45 P.M. there is no representation for the appellant.

Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Second Appeal shall stand closed.
