Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the 2nd respondent-State and perused the record.

Having argued the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused seeks permission to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to work out the remedies available under law.

Having granted such liberty, permission is accorded to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case.

Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. The Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order filed along with this Criminal Revision Case to the petitioner/accused.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case, shall stand dismissed.
