This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside the proceedings, dated 01.08.2007, of respondent No.1 society, by directing the respondents to continue the petitioner as the Chief Executive Officer of the said society.

At the hearing, Mr. Ramakrishna, learned counsel representing Mr.E.Madan Mohan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. 3.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 14.08.2007, in W.P.M.P.No.21847 of is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.21847 of 2007 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
