The inaction of respondents in registering the case on the complaints of the petitioner dated 21.06.2013 and 24.06.2013 is canvassed in this writ petition.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, states that subject matter of writ petition relates to a civil dispute and, therefore, crime is not registered. The statement is placed on record. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The petitioner is given liberty to approach the civil Court for appropriate reliefs. There shall no order as to costs.
