K.Ramesh v. Dr.D.K.Manmohan Singh
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.2140 & 2165 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:
Both these civil revision petitions, though, filed by different respondents in respective E.P.Nos.19 & 17 of 2016 in RC.Nos.4 & 2 of 2015, but their landlord, who is figuring as the respondent in these revisions, is one and the same and, therefore, these revisions are being disposed of by this common order, at the admission stage. Heard Smt. S.A.V. Ratnam, learned counsel for the revision petitioners. She would, in fact, seek stay through the interlocutory applications filed herein on the ground that E.P.Nos.17 and 19 of 2016 filed by the respondent herein were allowed ordering issue of warrant of delivery and once the revision petitioners are evicted, they would suffer irreparable loss. The learned counsel would also submit that in the main proceedings carried against the orders in R.C.Nos.
2 and 4 of 2015 by the revision petitioners, this Court, while disposing them, directed for vacation of the premises by granting time even. Learned counsel has been fair enough to bring to the notice of this Court as to passing of earlier orders of this Court for vacation of premises by the revision petitioners herein.
When this Court directed the revision petitioners to vacate the premises by also granting time, the question of entertaining the present revision petitions against the orders passed in the E.Ps does not arise. There is no merit in these revisions.
CRP.Nos.2140_&_2165_18 ASN,J Hence, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the revisions, stand closed.
