THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2188 of 2018 ORDER:

The present revision is filed against the order, dated 05.03.2018, in E.P.No.21 of 2016 in R.C.No.6 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Rent Controller, Secunderabad. Heard Smt. S.A.V. Ratnam, learned counsel for the revision petitioner. She would, in fact, seek stay through the interlocutory application filed herein on the ground that E.P.No.21 of 2016 filed by the respondent herein was allowed ordering issue of warrant of delivery and once the revision petitioner is evicted, he would suffer irreparable loss. The learned counsel would also submit that in the main proceedings carried against the order in R.C.No.6 of 2015 by the revision petitioner, this Court, while disposing of the same, directed for vacation of the premises by granting time even. Learned counsel has been fair enough to bring to the notice of this Court as to passing of earlier orders by this Court for vacation of premises by the revision petitioner herein.

When this Court directed the revision petitioner to vacate the premises by also granting time, the question of entertaining the present revision petition against the order passed in the E.P does not arise. There is no merit in the present revision. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the revision, stand closed.
