THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 12518 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 1st respondent in not disposing of the representations dt.21.12.2018 and 30.03.2019 submitted by the petitioner seeking to dispose of the statutory appeal dt.07.04.2012 filed by her under Section 7(2) of (SCs, STs & BCs) Regulation of Issuance of Caste Certificate Act, 1997 (for short 'the Act').

Learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare submits that the statutory appeal filed by petitioner was rejected by the 1st respondent vide G.O.Ms.No.29, Tribal Welfare (LTR) Department, dt.03.07.2019 and also produced a copy of the same before this Court. Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge G.O.Ms.No.29, dt.03.07.2019 whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner was rejected.

Recording the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge G.O.Ms.No.29, dt.03.07.2019, issued by the 1st respondent, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
