This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 13.8.2015 passed in I.A.No.415 of 2015 in O.S.No.36 of 2014 on the file of the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge at Gajuwaka. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of revision petition has become infructuous. The same is recorded.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
