W.A.No.439 of 2026 HCJ (AKrS, J) & GMM, J Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant filed Crl.P.No.17541 of 2025 seeking to quash FIR.No.154 of 2024 registered on the complaint lodged by respondent No.6 herein.

In the said Crl.P., vide order dated 23.12.2025, the learned Single Judge granted interim stay of all further proceedings. However, in Writ Petition No.27624 of 2025 filed by respondent No.6 herein, without issuing any notice to the appellant, the learned writ Court vide order dated 12.09.2025, disposed of the said Writ Petition with the direction upon the Station House Officer to consider the representation dated 03.04.2025 of respondent No.6/writ petitioner and complete the investigation and file charge sheet in respect of FIR.No.154 of 2024.

Upon hearing the learned counsel for the appellant and on being satisfied with the explanation made in the accompanying affidavit that the appellant is the affected party and is entitled to notice in the aforesaid Writ Petition, delay of 179 days in submitting the

W.A.No.439 of 2026 HCJ (AKrS, J) & GMM, J instant Writ Appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the instant Interlocutory Application is disposed of.
