HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.23162 of 2016 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of respondent No.3, in not investigating into Crime No.200 of 2015 pending on the file of the Suryaraopet Police Station, Vijayawada, as being illegal and arbitrary, As against the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.200 of 2015 on the file of the Suryaraopet Police Station, Vijayawada, came to be registered on 06.07.2015 against four accused for the offences under Sections 420, 468, 471 read with 34 IPC. The petitioner's grievance is that, though a year elapsed since the date of registration of crime, respondents did not complete investigation. Hence the Writ Petition.

Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that investigation would be completed at the earliest and a final report would be filed before the competent Court.

In the circumstances, Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to complete investigation, and submit a final report before the competent Court at the earliest, in any event not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. However, in the circumstances, without costs. C.PRAVEEN KUMAR,J Date:15.07.2016 usd
