When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri K.Ramanujachari learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected. Thereafter, the petitioner filed W.P.No.21471 of 2019 questioning the rejection order. In view of the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed.
