Heard Mr.Jaggi Reddy for petitioner. No representation for 4th respondent.

The petitioner prays for the following relief: ".....Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 & 2 in aiding and assisting the 4th respondent in making illegal construction in petitioner 4 cents of house site situated in 5th ward Repalle, Guntur District in spite of petitioner's reports dated 26-08-2013 and 31-08-2013 taking advantage of the non functioning of municipal office of Repalle and the Civil Court in Repalle due to Samaikya Andhra Agitation as illegal, arbitrary, capricious and violative of Article 21 and 300 A of constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take proper action against the 4th respondent by preventing him from making any illegal construction in his 4 cents of house site in 5th ward Repalle Municipality, Guntur District...".

This Court on 11.09.2013 granted the following interim direction:

" Notice.

The 3rd respondent shall ensure that the 4th respondent carries on construction strictly in accordance with the building permission, if any accorded by it, but not otherwise."

While granting interim direction, the 4th respondent allowed to undertake construction strictly in accordance with permission, if any, and fastened responsibility on 3rd respondent to ensure the same.

In view of the above, the interim direction is made as final order in the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
