In the light of the law laid down by this Court in W.P.No.3213 of 2015 vide final order dated 06.03.2015, the petitioner would necessarily have to approach the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, where C.C.No.614 of 2015 is pending and make an appropriate application seeking withdrawal of the Look Out Circular. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed in the light of this final order.
