This petition is filed, seeking for quash of the proceedings against the petitioner, who is A1, in Crime No.22 of 2013 on the file of Varni Police Station, NIzamabad District. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 420, 464 and 466 IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 2nd respondent. None appears for the 1st respondent in spite of notice.

The Public Prosecutor files a memo stating that the case was referred as Civil in Nature on 25.03.2016 and a final report was filed before the court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bodhan.

Hence, in view of the above, no further orders are required.

Recording the above, the Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
