Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents.

Petitioner's Fair Price Shop Dealership authorization has been suspended by the impugned proceedings on the allegation that while the licence authorizes him to do such business in House No.1-82 in Ibrahimpally Village, Chevella Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, he is running the same in house No.2-08 of the same village. A show cause notice was also issued with similar allegations on 08.02.2016 to the petitioner, to which he had filed an explanation on 09.02.2016. 3.

Although counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner's house has been renumbered by the Panchayat and that was why a different number is given for it, it is a matter for enquiry by the 3rd respondent.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry into the allegations against the petitioner within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
