HCJ & Dr.SA, J W.A.No.530 of 2019 Dt: 15.07.2019 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble Dr. Justice Shameem Akther) Heard both sides and perused the record.

This appeal is filed against the interlocutory order dated 30.04.2019, passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court, in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.7913 of 2019.

This Court, vide order dated 24.06.2019, has stayed the impugned order.

The merits and demerits of the case including the maintainability of the writ petition are required to be adjudicated by the learned Single Judge.

Under these circumstances, it is appropriate to request the learned Single Judge to dispose of the writ petition as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one month.

With these observations, this writ appeal is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
