HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.15876 OF 2002 ORAL ORDER:

Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Mr. S. Niranjan Reddy, learned Senior Counsel, would submit that he is no more the Standing Counsel for the Medical Council of India. Particulars of the present case are not even available in the Case Status of the High Court Website. In view of the said reason, this Court is not in a position to reconstruct the bundle. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is closed. However, in the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
