HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.1821 of 2017 ORDER:

On a civil revision filed in C.R.P.No.1029 of 2017 by the decree holder, this Court passed an order on 03-03-2017 to the following effect:

"Therefore, the revision is disposed of directing the Trial Court to dispose of E.P.No.16 of 2015 in O.S.No.746 of 2002 in accordance with law within a period of 2 (two) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order....."

2. Contending that the Execution Applications are pending in the Execution Petition and that without disposing of the same, the Execution Petition cannot be disposed of, the second judgment debtor has come up with the above revision.

3. Heard Mr. V.V.N. Narasimham, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Narasimha Rao Gudiseva, learned counsel for the 1st respondent-decree holder.

4. In view of the fact that the Execution Applications are admittedly pending, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to take up all the Execution Applications along with Execution Petition and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
