This appeal is filed assailing the award and decree dated 05.12.2009 in O.P.No.1722 of 2007 on the file of the Court of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum - XXI Additional Chief Judge, at Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. To that effect, he also filed a letter dated 09.07.2018 in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
