Heard Sri N.Aswartha Narayana, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 3 and 4.

2. The petitioner is a Field Assistant. On the ground that he has not been discharging duties properly since two years, he was placed under suspension by order dated 07-4-2015 against which, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Since the issues raised in the present writ petition require taking of evidence and its evaluation, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Project Director to conduct an enquiry into the allegations levelled against the petitioner and pass final orders within a period of 8 (eight) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the order of suspension dated 07-4-2015 shall stand revoked.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
