THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NOs.1564, 1565 AND 1587 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:

Since these three writ petitions relate to registration of F.I.R. Nos.102, 103 and 104 of 2016 against the petitioners, they are being taken up together and disposed of by way of this common order.

These writ petitions were taken up for consideration and the 2nd respondent was directed to file counter in view of allegations made against the police officers, who are involved in the cases and against whom, crimes were registered.

Today, the 2nd respondent filed counter stating that in view of allegations in respect of some crimes, Investigating Officers were changed and it was entrusted to some other Police Officers. It is also stated that the investigation is going on proper lines and there need not be any apprehension for the petitioners with regard to the investigation.

However, learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of involvement of Police Officers against whom allegations are made, there will be harassment and they may not follow due process of law while investigating the crimes. 5.

In the circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to supervise the investigation periodically and also see that the

petitioners are not harassed during the process of investigation without following the due process of law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
