THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.849 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order, dated 18.01.2018, passed by this Court in W.P.No.1174 of 2018. At the time of hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the license has already been issued to the petitioner and thereby the Orders of this Court, dated 18.01.2018, has been complied with and as such he does not desire to press the Contempt Case and prays for closure of the same.

Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
