This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 14-02-2014 passed in WPMP.No.5003 of 2014 in W.P.No.4052 of 2014 whereby the respondents therein were directed to derate the petitioner's contracted Maximum Demand from 995 KVA to 70 KVA in terms of notice dated 12-08-2013 as per clause 5.9.3 of General Terms and Conditions of Supply of the 1st respondent. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Government Pleader states that the order of this court has been complied with and nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt case, which is not disputed or denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
