THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.8430 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in interfering with the construction/internal works carried on by the petitioner herein in respect of Flat No.102 in the 1st Floor, situated at House bearing No.8-2-248/B/33 on Plot No.40, known as Sri Tirumala Solitare at Journalists Colony, Road No.3, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, in order to restore the original position in accordance with the sanction plain, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents 2 to 5 not to interfere with peaceful possession and modification works that are being carried on by the petitioner.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject matter of the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 05.02.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.1707 of 2015 and the same is not disputed by Sri R.Radha Krishna Reddy, the learned Standing counsel for the respondents 2 to 5 For the reasons alike in the above mentioned order, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said order. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
