The subject matter of the appeals and the revision petition relates to custody of the minor child, by name Saif Ali Khan. During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for both sides that the minor child, by name Saif Ali Khan, has attained majority and therefore, cause in the appeals and the revision petition does not survive for adjudication.

Taking on record the said submissions, all further proceedings in these appeals and the revision petition are closed. 4.

Accordingly, the appeals and the revision petition are disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
