THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.773 OF 2019 O R D E R :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respective parties informed the Court that pursuant to the order dated 25.03.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5581 of 2019, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected.

In view of the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved, it is always open for him to challenge the rejection order. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
