This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "... this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declare the action of the respondent No.3 in interfering in civil dispute between myself and respondent No.4 in respect of arbitration case AOP No.20 of 2019 pending before the Hon'ble X Addl. Chief Judge City Civil Court, at Hyderabad as being illegal arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and pass such other order or orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that the third respondent is not concerned with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and the allegations leveled by the petitioner against the third respondent that he is interfering with the civil disputes is also denied. It is stated that there are cases and counter cases filed by the petitioner and the fourth respondent against each other and crimes are registered. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. However, this order will not preclude the third respondent from investigating into the criminal cases. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
