THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.827 of 2015 ORDER:

None appears for the petitioner.

2.

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dt.06-11-2014 in W.P.M.P.No.41474 in 2014 in W.P.No.33152 of 2014. 3.

In the said order, this Court directed the Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation to dispose of petitioner's application dt.25-10-2012 within one week.

4.

The said order was complied with on 19-09-2015 by passing a speaking order.

5.

It is explained in the affidavit filed by the Deputy Commissioner, Circle No.4A of GHMC that opportunity was given to the petitioner as well as 3rd respondent to produce documents and this caused delay in disposal of the representation of the petitioner. 6.

In view of the said explanation offered, I do not see any reason to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the interim order referred to supra.

7.

The Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed. No costs. 8.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
