THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.30942 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to proceed with the investigation in F.I.R. No.304 of 2016 and take action against the accused therein.

The grievance of the petitioner is that on a complaint filed by him, though the 2nd respondent registered a case in F.I.R. No.304 of 2016 on 26.4.2016 for the offences under Sections 120-A, 120-B, 415, 418 and 420 IPC, so far no steps have been taken.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in F.I.R. No.304 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, if any, either way in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 18.10.2016.
