ORDER:

The official liquidator, through the instant application, under Section 462 of the Companies Act 1956 read with Rule 306 of the Company (Court) Rules, 1959, filed the half yearly accounts of M/s. Samvidha Chit Funds Pvt. Ltd. (in liquidation) for the period from 01.04.2014 to 30.09.2014 along with the audited report of M/s. Murthy and Kanth Chartered Accountants, dated 28.08.2015.

2. With the assistance of Sri M. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for Official Liquidator, I have perused the details of the audited report. The prayer is accepted. The accounts and the audited report are taken on file.
