Sri Madhava Rao Ambadipudi, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 09.12.2015 to the registry stating that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
