THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2597 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-de facto complainant under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kovvur, West Godavari District for speedy disposal of C.C.No.267 of 2013. The C.C. pertains to 2013 registered for the offence under Section 498-A r/w 34 IPC. Considering the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, the II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kovvur is directed to dispose of C.C.No.267 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
