THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.722 of 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging the willful disobedience of the order dated 25.02.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2129 of 2015.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of the subsequent developments, so far as this Contempt Case is concerned may be closed giving liberty to the petitioner to prosecute the contemnors for violation of other orders.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Case is closed. It is needless to mention that if there is violation of other orders, with respect to the subject property, by any of the respondents, the same would be independent proceedings and the petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. No costs.
