Sri P.R. Balarami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter, dated 12.04.2017, to the Registrar (Judicial) requesting to place the matter before the Court, so as to seek permission for withdrawal of the Transfer Criminal Petition.

2. In view of the same, permission is accorded and the present Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
