HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2941 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioners - defendants, challenging the order, dated 21.12.2015, passed in I.A. No.1214 of 2015 in O.S. No.90 of 2011, by the XXVII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts at Secunderabad, whereby the petition filed under Order VI, Rule 17 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking to carry out necessary amendments to the written statement, was dismissed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court, during pendency of the present revision, the original suit bearing No.90 of 2011, itself was dismissed without costs, on 18.09.2017 on contest. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court in the present revision.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
