HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.25421 of 2015 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent-Bank in proposing to conduct auction on 19.08.2015, which was notified by e-Auction Sale Notice dated 07.07.2015 issued by the respondent-Bank in exercise of the powers under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
2. When the matter is called for hearing, it is represented that the auction could not be conducted for want of bidders and hence the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.
