Judgment:

This Appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 15-04-2011, in OS.No.542 of 2006, on the file of the Court of the learned IV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar. Mr.A.Pulla Reddy, learned Counsel for the appellants, has addressed letter, dated 28-01-2015, to the Registry informing that the dispute between

the parties has been settled out of the Court and requesting to post the appeal under the caption 'for withdrawal'.

At the hearing, Mr.A.Abhishek Reddy, learned Counsel appearing along with Mr.A.Pulla Reddy, learned Counsel for the appellants, has reiterated the request made in the above-mentioned letter. The request of the learned Counsel for the appellants is accepted and the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
