This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.115 of 2016 of Adilabad-II Town, Adilabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 490 r/w 34 IPC. Heard Sri S. Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, represented that that the Police have already filed charge sheet and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in FIR No.115 of 2016 has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
