Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Education. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 2.
The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents in closing down Krishnaveni Talent School Kadthal, as illegal and violative of A.P. Education Act and consequently, to direct the respondents to close down the illegal/un-authorised running school namely Krishnaveni Talent School, Kadthal Village, Amangal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (now Mahabubnagar District). 3.
Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation, dated 29.09.2016 made by the petitioner seeking closure of the Krishnaveni Talent School, Kadthal Village, in the interest of the students.

Learned Government Pleader for Education would submit that if the said application is still pending consideration and if the same is permissible, respondents will deal with the same in accordance with law.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Pleader and since the 4th respondent is the competent authority to deal with the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the 4th respondent, seeking the relief, which is subject matter of the dispute in the present writ petition, in which event, the said authority shall deal with the same in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and also the school, against which action is sought to be taken. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be n order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
