It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the Common Order of this Court dated 02.06.2017 in W.P.Nos.17501 of 2017 & batch and the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Energy. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Energy, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the Common Order in W.P.Nos.17501 of 2017 & batch, dated 02.06.2017. Registry is directed to append a copy of the Common Order dated 02.06.2017 in W.P.Nos.17501 of 2017 & batch to this order.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
