HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 3728 of 2011 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the representation dated 17.05.2010 made by the petitioner seeking to restore and reassign the land with pattas admeasuring Acs.3.10 guntas in Survey No.604/A, Shivarampalli, hamlet of Akunur Vilage, Saidapur Mandal, Karimnagar District, as illegal and arbitrary. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 17.05.2010, at the earliest.

The learned Government Pleader for revenue submits that he has no objection for disposal of the representation of the petitioner, provided the same is still pending consideration. Having regard to the circumstances stated above and without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the

representation dated 17.05.2010 made by the petitioner, if it is still pending consideration, in accordance with law, at the earliest. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
